Based in our Boston office, Kara oversees all aspects of talent management, employee engagement, professional development, human resources policy and procedure and benefits. Kara works with employees across the agency to create an environment where people are welcomed, valued, recognized and rewarded.

Kara’s professional experience is rooted in public relations. Prior to working in HR, she spent more than 10 years working in account services at a technology PR agency. She brings a unique understanding of agency culture, career progression and employee experience to the people and talent function at 360PR+. 

Kara is an avid Boston sports fan and exercise enthusiast. When she isn’t running or cycling through the northern suburbs of Boston, she can be found cheering for her daughters on the sidelines of any number of courts and fields across New England.
