Ella brings 15 years of financial leadership experience to 360, contributing to the financial health of the agency and partnering with our client teams to ensure accurate forecasting and competitive pricing for our clients. Having spent her career in agencies, Ella has a strong command of PR industry best practices, including service models and financial reporting tools. Moreover, she brings a solutions-oriented mindset to her role, supporting our partnerships with clients. 

Before joining 360, Ella served as SVP of Finance and Operations at LaVoieHealthScience and as Finance Manager at Racepoint Global. Outside of the office, Ella enjoys traveling with her husband and son, and spending time outdoors hiking and walking with their dog, Rusty.
