Senior Account Executive
As a Senior Account Executive at 360PR+, you are transitioning from “doing” the day-to-day account execution to “driving” it. As such, you are taking on more of a leadership role and beginning to embrace the bigger, more strategic picture of client campaigns and other programming. You are building a stronger relationship with clients, establishing yourself as a more senior point person who possesses a solid grasp of their business and communications objectives. With that, you are honing your presentation skills with clients and in new business pitches. You are also active outside the walls of agency, regularly participating in professional organizations. As you evolve into this level, you artfully combine your nose for details, deadline-driven approach and high standards for producing results with a new level of creativity in your work and strategy in your thinking.
Key Responsibilities & Experience
- Team Liaison — You act as a focal point between junior staff and senior managers, adeptly managing both up and down to ensure your team is in synch and in harmony.
- Master Media Strategist — You have honed your media skills and are developing and executing high impact, creative, breakthrough strategies that draw the attention of national media to your clients.
- Managing Owned & Paid Programs — You have mastered influencer programs and are showing a strong command of ROI for organic and paid programs, skillfully negotiating and overseeing contracts.
- Day-to-Day Taskmaster — You are skilled at driving day-to-day activities, revealing your project management acumen, assigning initiatives to junior staff and ensuring output meets your gold standard, with deadlines fastidiously met and results exceeding expectations.
- Dedicated Mentor — You serve as an inspiring role model, igniting the growth of junior staff, helping them refine their skills and take on new challenges so they are poised for promotion.
Reaching the next level of Account Supervisor requires an ability to contribute creative ideas and a compelling writing approach to multi-faceted communications plans. You also demonstrate the maturity and polish to manage difficult situations both internally and externally, knowing how to rally your team when the chips are down and high-five them when great results pour in. Lastly, you are an innovative problem solver who can navigate through challenges and come out with practical, yet smart solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $72,000-$80,000
Base salary will depend on numerous factors including but not limited to experience, training, associated responsibilities, education, and other business and organizational needs. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. Candidates who feel they are well-suited for the position but have salary requirements outside of the range are encouraged to inquire about the position.
