HR Generalist

360PR+, a world-class PR agency recognized for its award-winning culture and creative work for leading brands, seeks a proactive, highly organized Human Resources Generalist to support its people operations and employee experience. This role is central to the full employee lifecycle, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
Working in partnership with the head of human resources, the ideal candidate will bring exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a seamless employee experience aligned with the agency’s purpose, values, and business goals. They will have experience working with an integrated operations team and will thrive in a dynamic, creative setting, taking immense pride in producing high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Benefits Administration
- Work closely with HR lead and in conjunction with insurance broker to manage annual open enrollment processSupport and manage QLE benefit changes and updates throughout the yearCoordinate with third-party administrators to process enrollments, terminations, and benefit changesManage benefit deductions and ensure correct setup in payroll
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to manage the full-cycle recruitment processCoordinate candidate interviews and support timely communication and feedbackSupport new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition and positive first impression
- HR Operations
- Set up and maintain accurate HRIS records for new hires, terminated employees, job changes, and compensation updatesRoutine audits of employee personal paperwork and benefits, making updates when necessaryManage performance review schedules by providing reminders and paperwork to managers in advance with follow-up as needed
- Stay on top of HR and business trends to identify opportunities
- Employee Engagement
- Partner with HR and leadership to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace cultureSupport the coordination of employee events, recognition programs, and internal communications to strengthen connection and moraleAssist with the administration and analysis of employee engagement surveys, including tracking feedback and identifying trends and improvement opportunitiesServe as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and feedback, escalating issues as appropriate and helping to drive timely resolutionCollaborate with managers to support employee development, retention, and engagement best practices
- Help promote company values and culture through onboarding, internal programming, and day-to-day employee interaction
- Payroll Administration
- Support semi-monthly payroll (Paylocity experience a plus)Review and audit all benefit deductions, resolving discrepancies as necessaryEnsure 401(k) contributions, enrollments, and changes are accurately reflected in payroll
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a professional services or creative agency environment
- “Type A” when it comes to organization
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Discreet, with a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Paylocity a plus
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary will depend on numerous factors including but not limited to experience, training, associated responsibilities, education, and other business and organizational needs. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. Candidates who feel they are well-suited for the position but have salary requirements outside the range are encouraged to inquire about the position.
