Caitlin Melnick is a media-maven in more ways than one. Over the past decade, she has led broad-reaching press efforts for multi-platform media and entertainment cos – from PBS to National Geographic, Warner. Bros., Nintendo and more. That’s included high-profile premieres like National Geographic’s “Mars” and “Gender Revolution,” and a series of firsts for PBS KIDS, among them launching a 24/7 channel and streaming service.

Caitlin also leads the agency’s influencer marketing with a best practice approach that blends relationships with power influencers and data-driven programming to reach scale and drive awareness, engagement, traffic and other KPIs for our clients. She travels to an array of conferences annually, meeting with influencers 1:1 and evaluating and adopting the latest tools to ensure we maximize ROI for clients’ influencer marketing spend. Caitlin has been a featured speaker at Mom 2.0 and other forums on how brands and influencers should work together.

As the coxswain on her collegiate rowing team, Caitlin knows how to lead a team to pull as one and is relentless about delivering results for our clients.
