Matthew Lenig

Senior Vice President, Creative Director

Matthew Lenig is all about solving creative challenges. He loves getting his hands dirty and digging into the problem to find the most powerful insights to drive meaningful and memorable ideas that motivate people to action and build brands.

Having served in a variety of creative roles – from art director early in his career, to copywriter and creative director, Matthew has had the opportunity to build award-winning campaigns for a wide range of brands. Before joining 360, Matthew was Vice President, Creative Director at McCann where he developed advertising for Exxon Mobil’s motor oil brands and worked closely with OEMs and retailers to deploy highly effective marketing programs.

His love of storytelling gave Matthew the opportunity to lead the creation of a series of documentary films for New Balance in support of their fight against breast cancer. For over five years, Matthew fostered a creative partnership with Food Network and The Cooking Channel to elevate the Art Institutes’ brand by producing educational and in-show content on Iron Chef America, Chopped and The Great Food Truck Race. Recently, he partnered with HGTV’s talent to produce content for Energy Star that demonstrated how LED lighting can beautify any décor. Matthew’s creative work has been recognized as leading-edge, with EFFIE, Webby, ADDY, Reggie and more awards.

On the weekends, Matthew is either fly fishing with his son or planning his next angling adventure.
