Senior Account Supervisor

As a Senior Account Supervisor at 360PR+, you continue to sharpen your team management skills and build your strategic client partnership muscles. Your perspective is firmly planted in the bigger picture, approaching every aspect of account work with your clients’ industries, businesses, and communications objectives in mind. Measurement, annual planning, and financial management have become strengths in your portfolio of skills and experience. You are a proud owner of a significant portion of the account scope, executing campaigns with agility. In addition to being a primary contact for day-to-day clients, you now have access to more senior-level client contacts, including the C-Suite for thought leadership and more. 

You infuse these skills into your responsibilities, among which are:

  • Capable Commander —You have added new tools to your PR toolbox: crafting multi-faceted campaign plans for clients and contributing in a bigger way to new business proposals, exhibiting your aptitude for thinking on your feet, using your presentation and verbal communication skills to proficiently answer questions and provide client counsel and guide team members.
  • New Client Steward — You artfully manage the onboarding of new clients with your team, ensuring all aspects of launching their campaigns are perfectly aligned for a smooth and successful lift-off.
  • Budget Master — You begin to oversee account activity from a budgetary perspective to make sure all is on track, notifying senior managers when problem areas surface.
  • The Fixer — You have the foresight and instincts to proficiently spot and professionally manage budding issues with clients, working in tandem with senior managers to solve predicaments before they escalate.
  • Agency Ambassador —You now turn your relationship-building prowess to networking, making contacts for the agency by actively participating in at least one organization outside the agency.

Your career journey at 360 will allow you to take more ownership of the strategic elements of client work, often suggesting “the big idea” and spearheading the development of winning plans and proposals. You’ll learn to play a key role in managing and growing the agency’s relationships with larger clients and actively endeavor to generate business leads by serving as an agency champion at industry events.


Candidates should have 6-8 years of professional public relations experience in an agency or corporate setting. For this position, experience with franchise and/or retail brands is a plus.
