Office Manager (Boston)

360PR+ is seeking an office manager to be the operational point person and a brand ambassador of our Boston headquarters.  From calendar management to building and vendor liaison this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to take on a dynamic operations role – managing day to day office operations and providing executive support to our CEO and leadership team.  The ideal candidate will be a rockstar multi-tasker, prepared to partner with our operations team to proactively dive into challenges with effective solutions and the willingness to take on new responsibilities with zeal. 


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Executive support to CEO and senior team members as needed. Includes calendar management, travel coordination, meeting notes and ad hoc projects.
  • Manage reception area – greet guests, answer phones, distribute mail.
  • Maintain office aesthetic on 6th and 12th floors and ensure that common areas including conference rooms, printing stations and kitchen are sufficiently stocked and organized daily. Monitor office supplies and snacks to anticipate stocking needs.   
  • Help develop and communicate processes related to office supplies, catering, kitchen responsibilities. Liaise with all appropriate vendors. 
  • Partner with HR to help schedule interviews and onboard new team members.
  • Provide IT Director with support including maintaining technology equipment audits.
  • Manage content on The Circle, 360PR+ intranet with technical support from IT.
  • Ad hoc research and administrative support for agency marketing and business development.


  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in an agency or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and service-oriented approach. 
  • Ability to analyze and adapt operations practices to improve office efficiencies. 
  • Superior organization skills with the ability to effectively multitask.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
