POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Director, Digital Services to help our clients tell better and more powerful stories online and on social media platforms. A successful candidate will have a solid foundation in digital and social marketing, a solid understanding of how to distribute content in a targeted fashion across digital and social platforms, experience is using analytics and data to drive results, and an understanding of the fundamentals of public relations and communications for global brands. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, the ability to balance shifting priorities and a polished verbal and written presentation style. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Helping to create strategic approaches to reaching and influencing online audiences with the use of multimedia branded content.
  • Building out and executing the targeted distribution of multimedia content across social and digital platforms as well as other third-party vendors.
  • Managing teams to create content, distribute the content and report on the results of the content distribution to clients.
  • Navigating the latest in digital technology, updating internal team members and clients on new hardware, software, and platform opportunities and identifying opportunities to use these tools/offerings.
  • Working with Google Analytics and tracking mechanisms such as conversion pixels and UTM codes, and regularly implements these tools to track the performance of client campaigns. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7 years of digital media experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related field of study: Marketing, Communications, PR
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital management tools including, but not limited to, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Sprinklr
  • Experience working with B2C clients in retail, food & beverage, consumer goods and online sales
  • Experience in measurement and analytics
  • Experience with tracking mechanisms such as conversion pixels and UTM codes, and regularly implements these tools to track the performance of client campaigns
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools and processes
  • A love of storytelling using technology and digital content
