Digital Manager

We are looking for a digital team member with a passion for storytelling in the social landscape.   A successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the major social platforms; a solid understanding of third-party digital distribution and content channels; and exposure to reporting and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, to aggregate cross channel data, measurement and performance reports. A content strategist, this candidate will develop and execute digital content calendars.  The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, the ability to balance shifting priorities and a polished verbal and written presentation style. 

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with team members to pull key insights from social chatter, industry trends and competitive research
  • Leading consumer targeting and performance measurement activities across earned, owned and paid activities
  • Navigating the latest in digital technology, updating internal team members and clients on new hardware, software, and platform opportunities and identifying opportunities to use these tools/offerings
  • Working with Google Analytics and tracking mechanisms such as conversion pixels and UTM codes, and regularly implements these tools to track the performance of client campaigns. 


  • 2-4 years of digital media experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in related field of study: Marketing, Communications, PR
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital management tools including, but not limited to, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Sprinklr
  • Experience in measurement and analytics
  • Experience with tracking mechanisms such as conversion pixels and UTM codes, and regularly implements these tools to track the performance of client campaigns
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools and processes
