As a Designer at 360PR+, you’ll be an integral member of our award-winning creative team, responsible for translating and developing creative concepts and art direction into stunning visual designs and solutions that are on brand for clients. You’ll have the opportunity to use and develop a range of content creation skills, growing at a fast-paced and collaborative agency.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Design and content creation for multiple platforms including websites, email marketing, social media channels, traditional print, and event collateral production.
  • Collaborate with a best-in-class team of creatives and digital media managers to design assets.
  • Produce photography, video, cinemagraphs, and animated GIFs for use on social platforms.
  • Work directly with PR and creative teams to concept ideas and ensure powerful creative thinking is included in client campaigns and new business proposals.
  • Enthusiasm and energy to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects for different clients at same time while adhering to timelines and budgets. 


  • 3-6 years’ design experience, preferably in an agency or other client service environment (internship experience applicable)
  • BFA/BA in Graphic/Web Design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Proficient in Miscrosoft Office for design, Primarily PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of basic design, color and typography principles
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Experience editing videos using iMovie, After Effects, Premiere or a similar program is a plus
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS and Web platform capacities
  • Strong work ethic and pride in the presentation quality of work
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong, collaborative work ethic, bringing attention to detail, commitment to meeting deadlines and desire to grow
