POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a traffic coordinator to join our integrated services team and collaborate with PR, Creative and Digital practitioners to help ensure all agency work runs smoothly, efficiently and on-time. The successful candidate will foster excellent organization and interpersonal skills to facilitate project flow and communications across teams. Responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding all aspects of project deliverables and brand plans to effectively decipher and disseminate information across teams
  • Creating schedules, setting deadlines and distributing responsibilities across teams
  • Collaborating with leaders across the business and holding team members accountable to ensure deadlines are met and on budget, while adjusting schedules as appropriate
  • Balancing multiple projects in a fast paced environment, while effectively managing stress and pressure

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years’ project management experience in an agency setting
  • Experienced in Project Management software such as Basecamp
  • Solid and working understanding of agency structure and departmental functions
  • Excellent and concise communication abilities, both written and oral,
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Collaborative work ethic and ability to effectively ‘manage up’
  • PMP certification a plus
