Financial Assistant

Opportunity for an Organized, Number-Crunching Financial Assistant

360 Public Relations is seeking a Financial Assistant to join our growing, award-winning company. The position centers on Accounts Receivable and is based at our Boston headquarters, working closely with our Finance Director and team members across our Boston, New York and San Francisco offices. The ideal candidate will bring 3 years’ accounting experience in a marketing agency or professional services environment. This is a client-facing position that calls for strong organization, communication and analytical thinking skills. The candidate should also be proficient in Excel and have some familiarity with QuickBooks, with a passion to learn and master other financial systems.


Primary responsibilities include:

Coordinating Accounts Receivables for the agency, working closely with Finance Director and agency client teams

  • Preparing client invoices and corresponding with clients
  • Providing Accounts Receivable updates
  • Reconciling WIP accoutns and maintain revenue ledger accounts
  • Tracking budgets and client contracts
  • Compiling and analyzing employee utilization reports and other timesheet-based reports, workgin closely with managers across the agency
  • Assist with revenue-side monthly reports as part of the monthly close process
