Digital Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and creative digital strategist with a solid understanding of the key social platforms, fundamental knowledge of paid social, and an eagerness to expand their skillset across the digital space including content syndication, search engine marketing and web management.  A familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics and Sprinklr is essential to measure outcomes of social and digital activity. A successful candidate will take the initiative identify social program extensions and contribute fresh ideas to brainstorms and client meetings.  As a strong communicator, they will provide quality writing and presentations to both internal and client deliverables. The pace of the agency environment requires the ability to balance multiple projects and shifting priorities.  Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing recurring deliverables including calendars and performance reports
  • Synthesizing broad social listening data into meaningful insights
  • Ensuring day to day community management activities are executed on all relevant social channels
  • Identifying and leading new ways for clients and prospects to leverage digital media
  • Leading and mentoring junior digital team members to plan and develop compelling content
  • Providing digital strategy insights to creative services team



  • 1-3 years of digital media experience, preferably in an agency setting, with proven success implementing digital campaigns
  • Bachelor of Arts degree in related field of study including Marketing, Public Relations, Communications
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and digital management tools including but not limited to Sprinklr, Google Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
