Position Overview

360PR’s Director of Digital Strategy will lead the development of creative, content-focused digital solutions to engage a range of consumer audiences on behalf of the agency’s clients, which include some of the most trusted and best-known consumer brands, as well as hot newcomers. This position is based at 360PR’s Boston headquarters and offers the opportunity to join an exceptionally talented, collaborative team at an agency that is widely viewed as one of the very best to work for, having been recognized nationally for its vibrant culture and award-winning campaigns. The Director of Digital Strategy must be a creative, big picture thinker and, at the same time, able to translate ideas to executable campaigns.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary digital strategist and liaison with our clients and practice leaders
  • Develop and present content-focused digital strategies to clients and oversee timelines, budgets and analytics
  • Inspire and enable agency’s digital team members, providing strategic leadership and taking a hands-on approach to the development and distribution of content
  • Identify best-in-class partners and new, emerging tools and services
  • Drive the digital strategy for agency new business and participate in presentations
  • Evangelize 360PR’s digital leadership, contributing as a thought-leader to the agency’s social channels and representing the agency at industry events

 

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience, with expertise in content marketing and digital strategy, including previous consumer brand campaign experience at a PR, digital, advertising or other creative agency
  • A prolific writer of strategic plans and branded content with that last-eye on quality mindset
  • An ability to integrate digital/social media solutions with broader marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of content creation and distribution best practices and services and related technologies and analytics
  • Ability to motivate teams and build strong relations with agency staff, clients and partners
  • An unwavering commitment to client service and delivering business-driving results for clients and the agency
