We are looking for a designer to play an integral role in our award-winning creative team. The successful candidate will bring graphic and web design experience and client service know how to translate and develop creative concepts and art direction into visual designs and solutions for our client brands. Effective communication and partnership with other creative, digital and PR team members are essential to executing successful campaigns of the varied consumer brands we work with. Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing inspired designs that meet or improve agency standards and and stand out across media platforms
  • Collaborating with a best-in-class team of creatives, contributing ideas and owning projects from start to finish
  • Designing for multiple platforms including website, email marketing, social media channels, traditional print, and event collateral production
  • Enthusiasm and energy to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects for different clients at the same time while adhering to timelines and budgets



  • 1-3 years’ design experience, preferably in an agency or other client service environment (internship experience applicable)
  • BFA/BA in Graphic/Web Design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, mainly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Proficient in Miscrosoft Office for desing, Primarily PowerPoint
  • Solid understanding of basic design, color and typography principles
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Experience editing videos using iMovie, After Effects, Premiere or a similar program is a plus
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and Web platforms
  • Strong work ethic and pride in the presentation quality of work
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Motivation to maintain and improve design standards
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong, collaborative work ethic, bringing attention to detail, commitment to meeting deadlines and desire to grow
