POSITION OVERVIEW

As an Account Coordinator, you may be early in your PR career but at 360PR+ you will be entrenched in every aspect of agency life with the immediate opportunity to contribute to campaigns for dynamic consumer brands and companies. You will focus your energy and passion to tackle new challenges and help build your team’s foundation for client activities. To hit the ground running, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Working closely with team members to keep account activity on track and moving forward
  • Maintaining the details of core account programs and updates within relevant databases
  • Highlighting client coverage on a daily basis
  • Coordinating client product mailings and following up with media
  • Maintaining updated media contacts list
  • Drafting social media posts
  • Researching background information for new business prospects
  • Participating in weekly client calls and meetings, as well as agency wide meetings and brainstorming sessions

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, Marketing, Journalism or related communications field
  • Prior internship or full-time experience in a public relations agency, in-house communications department or media organization
  • Passionate consumer of media, staying current with news and trending lifestyle topics and cultural events
  • A clear, concise and creative writer and polished presenter
  • Adept at multi-tasking, never losing sight of details
  • Motivated to take the initiative to lead research and other projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
